The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast was fresh with a good variety. The room itself was very good, but the rear view over derelict buildings was unpleasant. At 7 p.m. the top-floor bar was shut and empty, and so was the swimming pool, which looked great for lap swimming. That was a real shame. The area felt odd and almost deserted, and finding an open restaurant was difficult. It’s fine for a night if you need to be in this area. For the best price, though, don’t book through Agoda: the published all-in room rates at reception start at 600K.

We’ve been here a while and it’s starting to feel like home. Clean, safe, and very comfortable, it works well for long-term living. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, always smiling and happy to help. One staff member I often chat with has become a good friend. I really appreciate how approachable and genuine they are. It’s rare to feel welcome as part of a little community, rather than just as tenants. The condo is a caring place to stay, with great staff and good energy, and it’s near the beach 💗

I wouldn’t come back. The hotel had an abandoned feel, with lots and lots of vacant rooms. The room was nice and looked much like the photos, and the pool looked good. There’s a nice walking track beside the beach, though the beach itself looked nothing like the photos. The location was awful, with nothing nearby to do or eat. The buffet breakfast wasn’t really a buffet. The gym was just a few pieces of equipment in a random room. Nobody spoke English, and the staff were rude.
