There was no customer service. We got no help carrying our luggage to the room on the third floor. The bathroom plumbing was terrible: the sink didn’t work, shower pressure was very low, and the toilet only worked sometimes. I reported it three times, but nothing was fixed during our week-long stay. The room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided only once, and there were plenty of ants. Staff also tried to rent us motorbikes that were badly damaged and unsafe. The place was rundown and had no elevator. I didn’t mind that, or the lack of a TV and refrigerator, but the service and maintenance made for a holiday-ruining experience. I don’t understand how it got such high reviews.

The location is handy, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and a rented bike from the hotel makes it easy to go farther up the road. Our room was large and looked like the photos. The bathtub was good and had hot water, though it would have been nice if bath gel had been included. You can get daily room service and bottled water, and there’s a nice balcony for sitting outside. The only downsides were the drain smell in the bathroom and a smell in the room when we returned at the end of the day.

This homestay is a little far from the city, but step outside and you’re close to a beach view, with plenty of restaurants around the corner. The staff made the stay for me. They were exceptionally kind and friendly, and went above and beyond even though they weren’t fluent in English. I booked the family bedroom, which was great value. It was spacious, tidy, well maintained, and sparkling clean. I loved my time here and would definitely come back if I get the chance. Highly recommend!

For a low-cost stay, it’s decent at 382k VND per night, as long as you don’t expect too much. We rented a bike there and also booked a bus ticket to Ho Chi Minh City through him. The ticket was 200K per person; we paid 450K for two, so he kept 50k more than the actual fare. It wasn’t a big deal. We went to see the sunrise at White Sand Dunes at 4:00 AM, and he had our bike ready then, which was great. Recommended if you’re looking for a reasonably priced homestay.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. We especially loved getting back from surfing and soaking in the room’s bath. The beach where you can surf is only a few kilometres away. We really enjoyed our stay.
