The place is near the park and Bui Vien, so getting around is convenient. It's extremely cheap, and perfectly okay as a motel if you don't need anything fancy. The receptionist had a really friendly voice and was very attentive. If you're lucky enough to get an outside room, you can watch the cars on the street, including one getting stopped :D I'd come back next time I'm working in this area.
