The rooftop pool was great for cooling off, with a good view of the airport. The hotel is also very quiet. Our room was neat and clean, and breakfast had a good range of options, mostly Asian dishes. Staff were friendly, especially Phat, who served us at breakfast, listened carefully, and helped with several questions. A metered taxi to or from the airport costs 100,000 or less, so it's close enough for a night or two between flights.

For the price and location, the stay was okay, I guess. We arrived at 4 a.m. to find the receptionist asleep on a mat and the security guard asleep on the sofa. 😅 The receptionist seemed flustered to see us, as if they weren't expecting anyone at that hour, and got impatient when we asked questions. The bed had small stains, the shower heater was tricky to use, and the toiletries were arranged messily. The staff seemed quite unprofessional.

The staff were friendly, but I wouldn't stay here again. The A/C never came on in our room, even though it worked fine in the lobby. When I asked if it was working, I was told yes. The refrigerator didn't work either, and my food went bad. I was charged for a smudge on a towel. The room wasn't luxury at all, and my suite only qualified as one because it had a balcony. There are very few restaurants within walking distance. If you need somewhere near the airport, don't stay here.

I was very happy with the hotel's service. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was nice. There's a rooftop pool, and the staff were great. The airport is nearby, and we took a Grab from there. Highly recommended.
