Nexus Nguyen Binh Khiem

We chose this for one night before flying out of Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Saigon, since the price and location suited us. Everyone on staff we met was friendly and helpful. Our concern was the Economy Room. The website pictures didn't show how small it really is. We only got more photos through WhatsApp after the cancellation period had passed, so it felt as if accurate images had been held back and we were pushed into upgrading afterward to fit two people and two suitcases. The upgraded room was still reasonably priced, but if we'd seen all the photos upfront, we probably would have booked somewhere else. The first two pictures were the ones on the website; the next seven came from the hotel the day before check-in.

Most of the places I wanted to see were within about ten minutes, and the hotel was a nice base for getting around. The rooms are on the small side, but mine was modern and spotless, with a little balcony full of plants. Staff greeted me warmly with a drink and a small snack. I'd definitely recommend it.

The area was quiet at night, with no nearby clubs or much noise to disturb us. The room was small but still cozy and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Thanks, @Huong & Vy, for recommending the Bun Bo place right across from the hotel.

The staff made me feel safe as a woman traveling alone, and I found them trustworthy and really sweet and friendly. You don't need to worry about things being stolen or someone entering your room without your knowledge. The hotel's in a central spot, around ten minutes by Grab scooter from many places to visit or shop in Ho Chi Minh City. Rooms were clean, though for a longer stay I'd book a bigger one. The small room is very small, but fine for one night. The road outside gets busy even early in the morning, so ask the staff for a quieter room if noise bothers you. Service was awesome.
