Kane at reception was so helpful and answered all our questions. We had a lovely stay in room with a jungle theme, and it was big, clean, and really unique. Thanks, Kane!

The hotel is quiet and peaceful, which may suit people who don't like the traffic noise in D1. It's around 15-20 minutes from D1 by Grab and closer to D7 and D8, with Sc Vivocity nearby. There are no breakfasts, as the bio says, but food options, a convenience store, and a cafe are all within walking distance. Check the address carefully, since there are three buildings with the same name. I spent 10 nights here, from Xmas Eve through New Year, and had a good time. Kane checked me in and offered to move me if I didn't like my room's theme. The themes in their catalogue are interesting, and could be perfect for couples on a honeymoon trip. The room was neat, clean, and tidy, and Netflix was provided. I had some WiFi trouble on my phone, and Leo helped me sort it out. Mia was warm and friendly, and kept checking that everything was okay. It's a nice, decent hotel that I'd recommend to people on a budget. Chúc mừng năm mới! 🍻

The reception service was really good, and I especially want to thank Mia at the desk. She was kind, nice, and helpful. I enjoyed my time here, and the rooms were clean and cozy. I really recommend this hotel.

I liked the hotel at first, but the way they handled the charges and a missed Grab left me feeling misled. On my third night, they charged 900.000, the price shown on the sign, as they had done throughout my stay. Then they said they were charging extra because I reserved through Expedia, even though I had selected pay at the hotel each time, not payment in the app. They went back on their quoted prices and seemed very money hungry. The customer service was poor. On my first night, I booked through Expedia with pay at the property and was charged the correct price from the sign out front, so there was no problem. I liked the place enough to extend for another night, choosing a room described as better quality, though smaller, and paid more because the sign showed that price. That was already more than Expedia had quoted, but I thought the sign was what mattered. I also ordered a Grab, but the staff took so long to process my card payment that I missed it and was charged a fee. It wasn't my fault. When I asked them to take the fee off my payment, they said they'd lend me the money and I'd pay it back later. They couldn't figure out how to use the card reader.
