35/100. The bed was comfortable, and I could charge my devices right beside it. Mat Troi Vang Hotel also offers good service at reasonable prices, with restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shops all around. But my room smelled really trashy, with an odor that made it uncomfortable. It also felt old and dirty, with some hairs lying around that hadn’t been cleaned up, and I had cockroaches as uninvited guests. The cleaning, facilities, and some furniture need improvement and updating. Mat Troi Vang Hotel could have the potential to be a much better accommodation option.

The staff were unprofessional. They took payment for the room without making a reservation, then said there were no rooms when I arrived and refused to give me a refund.
