NTA Hotel - Serviced Apartments

I was especially pleased with the window view, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern facilities. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The location made getting around convenient, with the city centre, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, both local and international. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its comfort, service, and location. I’ll come back.

For a hotel at this price, I expected management to be more responsive and accountable. The reception staff were polite and friendly, but seemed unable to make decisions or reach management. I contacted the hotel directly and got one reply, then no answers to my follow-up questions. Afterward, the hotel said the issue was “resolved” and refused a refund. Agoda support tried to help, but relied on the hotel’s account and offered only minimal compensation. The first room had a persistent musty smell, possibly made worse by air conditioning that ran continuously. Its window opened only onto an internal hallway and was blocked by glass panels, so there was no way to get fresh air. The listing didn’t clearly explain this, and the nighttime photos suggested a normal exterior window. There was no natural daylight either. The hotel said the window provided ventilation, but the glass construction made that physically impossible. There was also water leaking from the ceiling above the shower, dripping continuously for over an hour. I reported and documented it right away. Only after that did staff show us another room in the same category, with the same window setup and lack of daylight and ventilation. While we were out during the day, the leak in the original room appeared to have been fixed, but by then a room change was no longer approved. Our stay at NTA Hotel – Serviced Apartments was very disappointing, especially at a price that’s high by Vietnamese standards. If natural light, fresh air, clear room descriptions, and responsive management matter to you, be very cautious and check the window and ventilation situation before booking.

I liked staying at NTA Tower. It’s convenient for exploring the city, yet quiet at night, and the room was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was well maintained. For the price, the quality and service are worth it. I’d happily come back and recommend it to others.

The washer and dryer were a real bonus, though you have to pay extra for detergent or softener if you use the ones in the room. The rooms were clean and matched their description, and reception was professional. It’s a fair price for what you get, and I’d stay again. The hotel is near the edge of District 1, around a 20-minute walk from the main area. Taking a Grab gets you there faster.
