Lynntimes Thanh Thuy Wellness Resort

The onsen was a pretty cool experience, and I'd say it's worth trying 2-3 times. The resort is nice, the rooms are tidy and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Customer service was great. The only issue was the limited food choices.

We spent New Year's Eve here and liked the atmosphere and service, even though the recreational facilities weren't complete. The studio was clean and a good size for a couple, with a private hot mineral bath in the hallway. It could get hot in summer. The staff stayed enthusiastic and helpful even during busy hours. The view would be much better if it faced directly onto the river. They also had live English music on the holiday evening, which was a nice touch.

The room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly, and housekeeping didn't meet even basic hygiene standards. The bell staff and security were extremely rude and unprofessional, dismissive instead of helpful, and made guests feel unwelcome. This hotel has serious problems with staff training and service. I won't return and strongly recommend others avoid it.

It's peaceful, with good air, and you can enjoy a natural spa, on sen, in your room. There are lots of local restaurants nearby. Entertainment and events are still limited, though. I'd recommend it.
