OYO 1101 Hien Hoa Hotel

I came for a 15-day business trip but stayed only 3 days, and 2 of those days were awful. The staff use the 5th floor, and from 10 PM to 12 AM they were loudly talking on their phones on the stairs. I had to ask them to stop. Poor service and a terrible experience.

The service was warm and friendly. Very good, and I’ll definitely come back to support them again next time. 👍👍👍

The location was close to the city center, with lots of conveniences nearby. The rooms were quite good, and the amenities were decent.

I came home angry and frustrated after this stay. My family rented two rooms for a few days, and one toilet was clogged and broken. When I reported it, the manager argued and blamed us. I only asked someone to inspect it and said I’d take responsibility if I had caused the problem, but they wouldn’t cooperate. They spoke insultingly, pressured us to admit fault, and demanded payment for repairs. The amount wasn’t much, but their attitude was awful. When we pushed the issue, they sent someone for a quick check, said everything was fine, and never apologized. They acted like they were the bosses of the world, boasting that they’d run a hotel for two years and had lots of experience. Be careful staying here. If something in the room isn’t right, they’ll blame the customer.
