We paid 260k VND a night with the weekly rate and were very happy with the value. My wife and I stayed about a week and a half, and we'd happily come back. The rooms were clean, the showers hot, and everyone was friendly: the owner, two receptionists, the security guard, and two cleaning ladies. There’s a GS25, Vinmart, and restaurants nearby, plus the river and a small sandy play area for kids. A public swimming pool is close too, and costs 50k VND per person. I highly recommend this motel, especially for the price.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the place was very clean. It's in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with local restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Getting to District 1 or Phu My Hung doesn't take long.

For what it costs, the room was okay, though it could have been cleaner. The hallway was really loud, and the place clearly seemed to be a sex hotel, which made me uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and a free bottle of water, with an affordable rate. The room was a bit small, though. So far, so good.

The rooms were tidy and clean, with a pleasant smell, and the prices were reasonable.
