I booked six nights through Booking.com with pay at property and a flexible room policy. My plans wrapped up two days early, so I asked whether I could get a refund for checking out early. The hotel wouldn't give me a clear answer, first sending me to Booking.com, then saying they had to check with customer service. Booking.com told me they were willing to refund me if the hotel approved it, but the hotel still wouldn't respond directly. They only told me no refund was allowed at the exact moment I checked out, with my taxi already there. This felt misleading and unprofessional. If refunds aren't allowed, they should say so clearly from the start instead of delaying, dodging the question, and putting pressure on guests at the last minute. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Be careful if you expect honesty or flexibility.

The bedside lamp and decorative LED lights were broken, and the soundproofing was so poor I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. Between 6 and 8 a.m., people were constantly coming and going, and the elevator was loud from inside the room. I couldn't sleep. Not a good choice if you need rest or basic room quality.

We called to check whether the hotel had parking, but there isn't any, so you'll have to park on the street. The room was stuffy. Be careful about booking a standard room, since it has no window and is located at the lobby.

The rooms were spacious enough and clean, and breakfast was good. It's very close to the airport, too. We really appreciated the hospitality: every staff member we met was polite and humble. Highly recommend the service.

Handy for the airport and a good fit for the price. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony. Staff were quick to answer questions, and I was satisfied. I choose to stay here every time I travel for business. Thanks!
