I booked a deluxe room and upgraded it, but the hygiene was awful. There were so many cockroaches. They need to do pest control more thoroughly.
10/10
I paid around 450k per night for a deluxe room, and it looked comparable to a Marriott room. The location was great, in an alley behind Nguyen Van Luong. A female staff member offered to show me several deluxe rooms so I could pick one, and they also provide parking. A male attendant parked my motorbike when I arrived. Free Netflix was a big plus. The only things that bothered me were the mosquitoes, with at least five flying around the room on the first day, and the AC started leaking on day 3. For the price and value, I'd definitely stay again.

There are plenty of food choices nearby, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hotel San bio is the best.

Mr Henry gave me especially good service, and I really appreciate it.
