Bien Sao Hotel

The facilities are dilapidated and moldy, with no hot water and broken doors that never get repaired. The fridge was old, dirty and didn’t work properly. Prices are exorbitant for the many inconveniences guests have to deal with, worse than even a budget motel. This was the worst hotel in the world, and for your own health, I advise you never to stay here. I’ve visited Vietnam every year for 20 years and stayed in about a thousand hotels here. This was the first time I was charged for checking out 10 minutes after noon. When I asked to leave at 12:10, a female staff member demanded an extra 30,000 VND, which I paid. The staff were unpleasant, unfriendly and cruel, and tried to extract extra fees if guests arrived even a second late after the 12:00 noon checkout time. The booking app showed much cheaper prices, but they never accept cash. It feels like a vampire-like place exploiting guests for profit. I strongly advise Koreans and foreign tourists never to stay or book a room here, and Vietnamese people should stay away too. There were many other problems. The wooden wardrobe was over 20 years old, rotten inside, foul-smelling and covered in black mold. The living room's wooden door was also over 20 years old and cracked all over, so you could see inside from either side. The old living room windows wouldn’t move, were covered in years of dust and even had broken glass that hadn’t been repaired. There was no hot water in the shower, so I had to wash in freezing water, which made me extremely angry and indignant. The old, broken AC had an uncleaned filter, and using it created a foul smell, so I had no choice but to use the fan.

They advertised 50k per hour for the first hour, then 10k for the second, but at payment they charged 60k per hour, 30k for the second hour and 20k for the third. Extremely disappointing.

Both receptionists were in a really cheerful mood.
