The room was decent and clean, and the location worked well. I spent five days here and don't have much else to complain about, though there were only a few power sockets. The main issue was thumping music from a nearby business, quite loud from 9pm until 4am. I'd stay again, but I'd bring earplugs next time.

The internet was slow and not very reliable, and the bed was narrow, though comfortable. We found the place quieter than expected, with friendly staff, no hassles, and a clean room. It's a simple budget option in a good location, and for the price and area we thought it was good value. We'd come back.

After a day out in Ho Chi Minh City, it was nice to return to a quiet area and have somewhere to unwind. Restaurants, bars, and attractions were easy to reach, and Walking Street was only a ten-minute walk away. That mix of calm and access made the trip more enjoyable for my partner and me. Our room was clean and well kept, with a comfortable, cozy bed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help whenever we asked, which made us feel welcome. Nouveau Happy Inn was a wonderful stay. I'd recommend it to couples, solo travelers, or small groups looking for comfort and easy access to nightlife and sights.

Lots of clutter was left near the lift and even in the lobby, and the hotel was really dirty. When I asked the staff for help, they just grumbled and made unpleasant faces. Very unfriendly. I really don't recommend it.

The young woman at reception was a joy to deal with every time, and they let me check in earlier than scheduled. My room was comfortable, and the hotel was within a 2km walk of the city's main things to do, with cheap taxis available too. I was very happy I chose Nouveau Happy Inn.
