Pandora House

The worst part for me was the noise from the drainage pipes. They aren't soundproofed, so when someone uses the bathroom upstairs, the water rushing through is loud and makes it hard to sleep. At night, the hallway lights are very bright, and the window shading is almost nonexistent, which also affected my sleep. The rooms are very small, and you can't fully open your luggage. I won't book this hotel again.

The location is great, with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I rented the largest room with a balcony, but the kitchen still left a lot to be desired: very few bowls, no plates, no knives or chopsticks, just one cup. The balcony is a joke, with two air-conditioning units taking up half of an already small space. The bathrooms are terrible. The shower seems made for a toy doll, not a person. You have to stand sideways, and I bumped my head several times. The tiny sink seems made for a toy doll too. My hand takes up half of it, and water splashes everywhere. If you rent anything smaller than the largest room, you'll be sorely disappointed. Your head will keep getting bruises from hitting it in that toy-like shower.

The reception is really kind, and everything is very good and clean. Highly recommended. The only downside is that they don't speak English, but still five stars :)

The staff were friendly. The rooms are modern, though very small.
