Bin Bin Hotel5

The room was very bare, with only the basics and no kettle, and the thin walls let through every sound. There were ants in my room; a bit of spray didn’t solve it, so I had to put up with them. The shower was over the toilet, which got soaked whenever I showered. At reception, the person barely looked up when I came and went. There was little English, no conversation or helpful suggestions about what to do, and no offer to help with anything, even calling a taxi. For a budget motel, some of these things still shouldn’t have been a problem.

The staff were friendly and supportive, and it was easy to get to shops and restaurants from this quiet, well-located spot.

I’ve stayed here twice and also booked a room for my friend through the Agoda app. The service has been very good, and the reception staff, Ms. Hien and Mr. Giang, were very friendly. I really like staying here and will come back.

The location is strategic for getting to all districts, in an upper middle class neighborhood. There are three supermarkets and malls nearby, including vivo city, crescent mall, and lotte mart. The building is new, clean, and offers privacy.
