That little balcony looks out over the older part of the city, and the room matched the picture. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the TV worked great. They cleaned the room regularly, so it felt fresh after a day exploring Ho Chi Minh City. I stayed for two weeks and couldn't have been happier. All the staff were friendly and amazing, from the hilarious, helpful front desk team to the lovely owner, who'd go out of her way to assist with anything. Ten out of ten for the service and room.

The lounge is a lovely place to relax, and there's a kitchen where you can make your own meals. Everything was perfect for me, from the excellent location to the facilities. The staff were respectful and friendly, and the owner is a kind, helpful woman. I wholeheartedly invite everyone to stay here. You can be sure you'll be comfortable, whether you come for one day or several.

I arrived tired from traveling, and after they told me I'd been scammed, I agreed to book two days at this place. The photos had been completely different. The rooms were horrible and very dirty, with bedbugs in the beds, mold, and pests. There was even a rat in the kitchen. After two days I checked out, but they took the money for the entire week. They got super aggressive when I asked for it back, and never refunded me. They stole my money for a whole week. Worst people I've ever met. A complete nightmare.

The TV was broken, so HDMI didn't work, and the sink pipe leaked enough to leave my feet wet. The bathroom fan was broken too, so moisture couldn't air out. There was mold, a cockroach in the bed, and I had to sleep with the lights on because I couldn't get back to sleep. I paid $10 USD a night, which was too much for the headache and cough I could have avoided if they'd cleaned with anti-fungal or mold spray. They should clean it with Dittol to help with the mold. If you stay, ask for a room with a big window and lots of air, not a train, metro, or subway room. They charge 100k for cleaning when you leave if you pay by credit card. I don't know who does that cleaning, but you can get lingam massage there.
