The complimentary drink voucher didn’t help the experience much. When I tried to use it, the bar staff acted like I was bothering them. I’m not sure whether it was meant as compensation for poor service, but it only added to my disappointment. The noise and lack of privacy were also awful. The door didn’t close tightly, so hallway light fell straight onto the bed, and I could hear every footstep, conversation, and door slam from nearby rooms. It didn’t feel safe or private. Housekeeping seemed careless. Later in the day, I came back to find the bed remade with sheets hanging down to the floor. Toothbrushes hadn’t been replaced, and the shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper were all empty. Even the slippers hadn’t been reset. In the basement, I saw many damp, dirty towels hanging openly from front to back, some draped over trash bins. The musty smell was overwhelming, and I honestly think it may have caused my skin irritation. The towels in my room were dusty, and after using them my skin turned red and itchy, which immediately made me question the hotel’s hygiene standards. If you care about cleanliness, safety, and decent service, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

A good option if you need to be near the airport for an early flight or late arrival. The staff were attentive, the room was clean and had the standard facilities you need. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Friendly service and great value, with a very clean room, lobby, and rooftop. Excellent hotel near Ho Chi Minh Airport.

The rooftop access was nice, and there’s a cafe on the 1st floor, though I didn’t try it. I needed laundry during a longer trip, so having a washing machine I could use for free was really helpful. It’s a lovely little hotel near HCMC airport, and I’d come back if I’m in HCMC again.
