This review is about the massage service. I went with my mom, and two women persuaded her that a 100% tip was normal there. She paid 300,000 VND for a full body massage, then another 300,000 VND as a tip. I don't speak the language fluently, so I didn't understand what was happening, but being tricked into that really sucks.

The massage place is run down and overpriced. The masseurs were hiding and on their phones, then demanded 500k in tips. Don't waste your money here 😞

The hotel was easy enough to find, but I had an unpleasant experience with the security guard. He threatened to take my car unless I paid a separate fee. I paid since it wasn't much, but I hope he speaks more gently. Being threatened over something spontaneous and against the rules felt really unpleasant.

An acquaintance suggested booking here for my business trip to Saigon last week. The central location made getting around easy, and the service was convenient. My room was clean, and the staff were cheerful, sweet, and very enthusiastic.
