For 288,000 vnd, this was disgusting. The first room smelled of mold and had several huge cockroaches, so we were moved, but the replacement was dirty too. The rooms were filthy, the lobby smelled of dog urine and old dust, and the curtains were moldy. The photos don’t match reality. The towels were torn, and there wasn’t even mineral water or a hairdryer in the room. There was rubbish left in the bin from previous guests. You’d need gloves to handle the air-conditioner remote. Thanks for the cockroaches, I’ll never come back. I’m giving one extra star only for the good hot-water pressure. Is it really so hard to clean properly and wash the linens and towels? Maybe this was a good hotel several years ago, but now it needs a proper renovation. The curtains probably haven’t been washed since the hotel opened.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was on, thank you! Our flight was in the evening the next day, and it was no problem to leave our luggage at reception after checking out. The young receptionist was very helpful, though they didn’t speak English.

Google Maps has the location wrong. Keep going down the side street, it isn’t far. The reception was friendly, there’s good bike parking, and they have an elevator. I stayed an extra night, thanks.
