Please don't book here. We stayed three nights, and the bed was incredibly hard, with every spring noticeable. The pillow was very flat, and both the sheets and pillowcase were dirty. After I was out all day, I got back around 8 p.m. and found the floor still dusty and dirty, even though housekeeping had been in. There were ants on the bed too. When we called reception, the woman said not to eat on the bed and offered to bring sheets and a pillowcase for us to change ourselves. You can smell cigarette smoke from other rooms in the corridor, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. Don't count on breakfast either, go find it outside.

The service was awesome, and Miss Ninh took great care of me and my group during our stay. The location is pretty good, with everything we needed within walking distance. From outside the hotel looks old school, but inside surprised me. Our room was really big for the price.

We stayed four nights, and everything was all right. The rooms were nice and clean, and the manager and his crew were very nice and helpful. We'd come again.

The receptionist was angry when we asked questions and very rude during check-in. The bedsheet was dirty too. Why couldn't they just replace it with a cleaner one? I wouldn't recommend this place.

The WiFi didn't work, and when I told the staff, nothing could be done. If you have a motorbike, be aware they'll charge 30k VND per day to park it, even if you're a hotel guest. My Vietnam friends visited me and said the staff member spoke to them very rudely. I feel the owner could do much better by looking into how the business is being run. The people he pays are the ones bringing the business down.
