Phuong Thuy Hotel by Reddoorz

Good.

The location is convenient and the service attitude is very good. The outside looks clean and professional, but the rooms could be cleaner and better equipped. Some don’t have both hot and cold water, and there’s no hair dryer. I’d give it 7/10.

The room was dirty, with dusty windows and grimy curtains, and there wasn’t any mineral water. My foreign friend paid 903000 for two nights. When he asked about water, it was handed over in a way that made it seem like he was asking for a personal favor. He also asked for a charger, and the staff member just waved him toward a shop outside, speaking very impolitely. The staff were rude in general. Whether this hotel can do business depends on teaching them how to work and serve guests.

The room was old and dirty, the water looked cloudy and yellow, and sounds from outside came through because it wasn’t soundproof. From the moment I arrived, the whole stay felt terrible, like I was staying for free instead of paying. The night receptionist was grumpy and unpleasant. I gave feedback to both the night and morning staff, but neither responded at all.
