Queen Hotel Saigon Airport

The staff were nice, but the room was awful. The bed was very hard, the bath was poorly laid out with the shower over the sink, and the old water heater didn’t work. The air conditioning was poor too. I left and found a much better room at Amana Hotel for just a few dollars more. This place needs a full renovation.

I could manage it for one night between trips, basically just to shower and sleep, but I didn’t enjoy staying here. The building is very old, and plenty of things were broken, including the lock on my first room. My room had no window and felt stuffy. It also wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped, with visible stains on the bedsheet and towels.

The location worked really well for me. Food and drink spots and convenience stores are nearby, and the airport is within walking distance. The staff were good, and they can store your luggage. Good hotel.

The lady at the counter was really nice and soft-spoken. This cozy hotel is close to the airport, with lots of amenities nearby, so it’s a convenient spot for a couple of days. My favorite part was the VIP suite toilet. It was comfortable for a long shower or bath. Thank you!
