I was glad to meet Joe and Alex, who were kind and friendly. I also made a good friend from England who lives there, and Joe’s dog, Bo, is so sweet, always happy to play and get petted. You can smoke on the terrace and have a nice time relaxing. The stay itself was just okay, though. The sheets weren’t clean, and the shower took ages to get warm. The power went out for hours once, but that may not have been the hotel’s fault. If you don’t care much about details, it could be an okay place for you. Enjoy your time in Saigon ♥️.

It’s near major hospitals and markets, and the staff are friendly. They were willing to help guests check the room in advance. The facilities are old, but quite okay for a short stay.

The room was fairly tidy, but I don’t think it’s worth what they charge.

I arrived at 11 AM, before the 2 PM check-in, and asked to leave my bags, even just my carry-on. The receptionist was watching a movie, seemed very annoyed, and said they couldn’t take them. After I pleaded for a while, they accepted one bag but absolutely refused the smaller one. I hadn’t even seen the room yet and was already unhappy with the staff’s attitude. I’ve never known a hotel to refuse luggage storage like that.

I can’t speak for the other rooms, but mine didn’t match the Agoda picture. The refrigerator was charred, and the air conditioner had only an on/off switch. There was no remote, so I couldn’t adjust it.
