The staff were extremely friendly, and I really liked this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, even though the buffet wasn’t very large. Ben Thanh market is within walking distance, and there are lots of massage shops and cafes nearby. Just be aware that things in the room like water, beer, and Red Bull cost extra if you use them, so it may be better to buy your own. I recommend staying here. 👌🏼

I booked through the website, then received an email saying my card hadn’t gone through and the reservation was cancelled. I understand that can happen, but I would have appreciated a call or text. I replied right away the day before check-in to ask how to fix the booking, and got no answer. With less than 18 hours before arrival, I booked again to make sure I had a room and emailed to check that the second reservation had come through. Still no reply. I called before my flight the next morning, and they said they couldn’t see the new booking in their system. I was due to land in under three hours and had no clear confirmation that I had a room, so I urgently booked somewhere else before my plane landed. I told them I wouldn’t be staying and asked them to cancel anything they had on their end. Even so, they charged me for the second booking that day. It had only been confirmed too late, and communication had been unclear from the start, with no replies to my emails or when I called their three phone numbers. Disappointing service and no communication.

Hotel GM Mr Long, Ti, and Wy made a real effort to keep guests comfortable, and I greatly appreciated it. For room, service, and location, this is the best hotel in District 1. Well deserved 5 Stars!
