Royal Hotel Saigon

The pool was a great way to cool off after walking around all day, and the hotel is close to everything you need. Breakfast was delicious, especially the soup. The hotel was clean and smelled lovely, and the staff went out of their way to help. From check-in, they made us feel like royalty. This was my second stay, and we can’t wait to come back. I’d recommend it.

The lobby staff were welcoming and friendly, answered our questions, and there were no language issues. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, everything was fresh, and staff were quick to bring food and clear tables. Our room was lovely, though it’s being updated and the bathroom felt a little dated. I saw an apology letter about maintenance, but never heard any noise or was otherwise disturbed. For the location and quality, the price was very reasonable. A genuinely nice hotel with nice people, and a great base for getting around during the day.

The staff helped my uncle arrange a wonderful dinner cruise with a great show and fantastic singers. HÒA THUẬN was especially kind and attentive to what we needed, and even brought my uncle a birthday cake. Thank you for that and for all the help. We stayed at the Hotel Royal Saigon for a family vacation, and everything was just right. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices and delicious food. It was my first big trip abroad, and I couldn’t have been happier.

Lynn at the front desk was especially generous with her time, helping me with checkout and other details. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like royalty. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’ll definitely come back when I’m in Ho Chi Minh City. Cam on!
