Saigon Riverside Complex D7

Noise is a constant problem here. Construction in the rooms goes on all day, every day, and the extremely loud sounds wake me from sleep and naps. It can start as early as 6 a.m. and continue until 3 a.m. I complained and went to management many times, but nothing was done, so I gave up trying. The management fee is as high as Vinhomes, but they don’t do their job here. The fire alarm goes off constantly, and I can hear dogs barking and babies crying in nearby rooms. I wouldn’t recommend moving here unless you’re willing to deal with all of that.

I was only here briefly to visit my brother, but ran into several problems. Delivered packages were left stacked in a corner with no secure mailboxes, so they could easily go missing or get stolen. We also rented a cart for our supplies and were told it could go through the hallways but not the lobby. Staff expected us to push it down a very steep ramp to the basement, then take the elevator up. When we asked why that rule existed, management couldn't explain it.
