We couldn't stay because the flat was so dirty. There were hairs in the bathroom sinks, used underwear in a bathroom cupboard, stained sheets and dirt all over the place. The blinds were falling apart, and with the huge windows, the room would have been too bright from 5am to sleep. I slept the first night fully clothed and woke up with bites, possibly from bed bugs. We asked for a refund and were refused, so we left. Getting in was a mess too. No one was there to meet us, and security wouldn't let us into the lobby without the host. We waited out on the street for ages. Then the host texted that our booked flat wasn't available and put us in another one. When we said we wanted to leave, she insulted us and said we were used to five-star hotels, then told us to leave if we didn't like it. Don't trust this place or the people running it. The positive reviews look fake to me, since they were posted on the same day and sometimes by the same person. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here. These people are scammers. Disgusting place!

The room was nice and the location was great, but I'd avoid staying here. The Wi-Fi has no password, and I was repeatedly getting attempts to reset my Apple ID password, so I had to disconnect. I suspect the owner may be cooperating with this scam.

Good food and a nice spot to have beers with friends.

I liked our host and the place itself is nice, but the building's rules around short-term rentals are really strict and rude. About 70% of the people staying here are short-term renters. I have two kids, and they made it very difficult for us to use the pool. If using the pool matters to you, don't stay here.
