The third-floor pool was my favorite, and it usually wasn’t crowded. There’s also a decent gym. I stayed with family who live here, and the location worked well, close to Crescent mall and convenience stores like Ministop. Ippudo is another place I like a lot.

The mattress springs were easy to feel, so I ended up buying my own topper. The towels and linens looked dirty or had turned quite yellow, and the master bedroom’s air conditioner is tucked into a corner and struggles to cool the room. I’m tired of typing, so I’ll leave the rest there. We had agreed with Vina We Stay on an 11am check-in, but the apartment was a mess when I arrived. Cleaning took an hour. I noticed there was no duvet cover and asked about it. They said it wasn’t needed, then, after I insisted, claimed it would take a few days because a worker had to make one by hand. That was a lie. When they left after the hour, the floor had been swept, but shelves, the wardrobe, and everything above floor level were still dusty. The pillowcases were wet and visibly stained. I called the agent, who blamed me for wanting to check in early. There was no apology, and they seemed to think our earlier check-in agreement meant we should expect a dirty apartment with stained, wet pillowcases and missing bed linen. We eventually agreed everything would be ready by 2pm, including the duvet covers that would somehow appear. At 2, the only difference was that the pillowcases had dried.

There was a cockroach in my bed, and the room was filthy. When I first came in, hair and other stuff were scattered around, and what looked like mold was behind the toilet.

This is an apartment building used for residential living. The infrastructure is good, and although the facilities are old, many rooms are clean and nicely designed.
