We originally booked for two weeks, but ended up staying a month at 15 B Tran Khanh Du, Tan Dinh. We’ve visited HCM many times and stayed in plenty of places, and this is the best hotel and apartment we’ve found so far. It’s spotless and quiet, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Nhu and Giang were both so friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked, Nhu serviced our room really well and was kind to everyone. We love this place and will stay here whenever we visit HCM. Thanks so much, Nhu and Giang!

The room felt cramped and closed in, as it was much smaller than the online photos suggested and didn’t have a window. We had booked from the 24th to the 26th, but travel delays meant we arrived at about 2:00 a.m. on the 25th. When we asked for a slightly late check-out, the hotel charged extra for a few more hours and wasn’t accommodating. That felt unreasonable given our late arrival. The stay was quite average and disappointing. The hotel could be more transparent about the rooms and more flexible with guests.

The apartment and room were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we had a great first stay here as a family. Michel and the team helped us whenever we needed support, and we’re very grateful. We’d recommend it to friends for their next trip, and for ours too. Thank you!
