We booked through Chase travel because we needed somewhere close to the airport for our last night. After the booking was confirmed, there was no email, text, or phone contact. When we got there, there was no receptionist, host, or anyone around to help us. This is a scam. Very, very bad. Don't stay here!

There are lots of things within walking distance, including yoga, acupuncture, a gym, a swimming pool, restaurants, and a hospital. It's a nice complex with everything you need, and the apartments are modern, clean, cozy, and quiet.

I only booked because I missed my flight and needed another night in the city. This isn't a hotel, it's an apartment building. There's nobody to help carry your bags, reception is handled by a security guard, and the room wasn't clean. Very bad. Don't book this.

We needed to arrange a late arrival and airport pickup, and the confirmation said to contact the hotel by phone. There was only a phone number. Seven days before our stay, we called three times. Someone answered the first call but didn't speak English. On the second, she recognized the same caller and hung up. The third time there was no answer, and the call was disconnected. Hotels.com couldn't get through either, for two days. We tried again five days before arrival and got the same result. Hotels.com confirmed in writing that they still couldn't reach the hotel. Since we needed to book another place for the same dates, we asked for a refund. We were told the hotel had to agree, but they couldn't contact them. We booked through hotels.com, and this whole experience felt like a complete scam. Stay away!
