Receptionists Vy, Đào, and Quân were welcoming, quick, and very helpful during my stay. I had a really good experience at the hotel and appreciate their great service. Joseph Pham, room 510

The room was clean and had enough of the basics for my three-night stay. The receptionists were friendly and understood English easily. Breakfast was included, though the food didn’t really suit foreigners. The soundproofing was poor. Around 6:30 every morning, people outside were chatting in Vietnamese, yelling and shouting, and it kept me from sleeping. Strangers even banged loudly on my door, which was scary when I was alone. The neighborhood felt dark, though there seemed to be quite a few restaurants nearby. I didn’t try any, and would be careful around the area. It’s a good, clean hotel, but the noise from 6 a.m. every day was too much for me.

It’s a four-star place in a quiet little neighborhood, close to the things I wanted in Ho Chi Minh City. There’s massage, food, and even late-night Phó and Com Tam just a short walk away. If you’d rather stay outside downtown Central, this is a good spot. The lobby is beautiful, breakfast comes with the stay and is decent, and there’s cold water in the lobby. The front desk staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful. The gentleman parking the bikes was the same. I’d value the breakfast at 100,000 to 150,000 Dong. Room cleaning was less consistent, depending on who came and which day.

It was clean, comfortable, affordable, and near where I needed to be. Reception staff were great and spoke English. Breakfast was included, but tourists would benefit from cereal and an alternative milk option.
