It was okay.

In my opinion, Thanh Long Hotel is extremely poor. The hotel is noisy, and late at night they often bring in foreign guests who run around like it’s a marketplace. It seems to me they may be trying to extort money from foreign tourists. I rented a room for one night, for example, and saw five foreign guests lose money. The service staff also seem uneducated.
