The night shift employee was very disrespectful. He came into the women's room without closing the door and demanded payment while a woman was showering and changing. When we complained, he wouldn’t admit he was wrong and argued with us, even hinting that we should find another hotel if we didn’t want to stay. Why keep our IDs if he’s worried guests won’t pay the bill?
The room has a balcony, but neither the windows nor the main door can be locked. How are guests supposed to sleep peacefully? A woman staying alone would feel unsafe and wouldn’t dare sleep. The windows are about 1.5 meters wide, sliding in three sections, with no iron bars, so a burglar could just walk in. It’s already 00:37. I’ll try to stay awake until morning 🥲🥲
The night shift employee handled this terribly. He walked straight into a guest’s room while the woman was showering and changing, then demanded payment without any reason. When the guests objected, he argued and refused to admit fault. He was rude and looked down on them, and when they complained, he told them to pack up and leave if they didn’t want to stay. Why keep guests’ ID cards if the hotel is still afraid they’ll skip payment? A really awful experience.
The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the prices were fair. The staff were also very enthusiastic. The hotel was fine.
