I’m not a fan of the hotel, but Nhân at reception is a very good person.

I’d paid for and booked the room on March 19th. When I arrived around midnight, the receptionist asked me to wait 10 minutes because a guest had mistakenly gone into the wrong room and they needed to clean it. When I finally got in, the floor was soapy, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the bin still had the previous guest’s rubbish. The receptionist said there was no technician available so late, and moved me to a ground-floor room. It was stuffy and noisy, and motorbikes starting at the hotel woke me early. I had booked a room with a window, but got a temporary room instead. It felt like they had rented out my pre-booked room to someone else for extra profit. A truly terrible experience. Don’t be foolish enough to stay here!
