Stayary Hotel Truong Quyen

It’s on a narrow street with several eateries that seem popular with locals. My room was quite spacious and had basic utensils for making a meal.

The location worked well, near the airport and some tourist sights. Within 3 km you’ve got the War Remnants Museum, Bitexco Financial Tower, and loads of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The room was spacious for a fairly low price, and my stay was comfortable.

I had a quiet, relaxing room even though lively cafes and restaurants were nearby. The park view was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were attentive and made sure I had what I needed, so the mix of city buzz and calm worked perfectly for me.

The photos on Agoda showed a newly refurbished, modern and clean place. What I found was a very basic, worn room that didn’t match the listing at all. I’ve posted side-by-side pictures so people can compare. I could have resolved the mismatch quickly if the owners had been straightforward or even a little reasonable. Instead, getting a refund turned into a tense argument that lasted an hour. At first they wouldn’t even answer Agoda’s call. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually agreed, but it shouldn’t have taken all that. If the listing had been honest and the owners had handled the issue decently, things would have been fine. Based on my stay, I can’t recommend the place. What was promised and what I got were completely different.
