Thanh Thao and the rest of the staff were so kind and attentive. They let us leave our bags at reception when we arrived early, which gave us time to explore before check-in. Once we could check in, Thanh Thao showed us to the room and made sure we were comfortable. The service really made the stay, and I’d come back for that alone. The hotel has a cute, humble feel with a classic air, and the price and charm are hard to beat. We did find the room short on outlets, which was a bit challenging with how much we rely on electronics, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. It’s in a great part of the district, near parks and within walking distance of everything. At the same time, it’s far enough away to have some quiet when you want to recharge. If you want a nice stay and a chance to connect with people, I highly recommend it. 👌

Victoria (Thanh Thao) from Guest Relation was patient, polite, and friendly, and she helped me a lot with sightseeing, food recommendations, and general questions. She’s highly proficient in English, really good at what she does, and I’m glad I made a new friend. I spent three nights at Sunshine Boutique Hotel and had a great experience, from the clean room to the amazing customer service. Thanks for the wonderful three days. Highly recommend this place!

The staff were very nice and polite, and they gave excellent service across reception, housekeeping, security, and the breakfast buffet cook. The rooms were clean and had the basic amenities I expected. The pillows really need improving, though. They were too high and hard, and two had been stuffed into pillowcases that were too small, which made them even more uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic, but you can ask for eggs or noodles to be cooked fresh.

The room was very clean, and reception was quick and excellent. I spent a week here and was really happy with the service. It’s a very good hotel, and I’d recommend staying here. If I’m back in the area, I’ll choose it again. 10 stars from me.

We spent 15 days here during the required quarantine for experts arriving in Vietnam. The deluxe room had a street view and enough space for a couple. Since staff couldn’t clean the room, they provided a broom, dustpan, mop, basin and powdered soap. The Wi-Fi was fairly strong most of the time, and outside food delivery was allowed, which we appreciated. Meals were fine and mostly Vietnamese, though Western breakfast was served three times. Staff were accommodating and easy to communicate with. Good value compared with the other options. Thanks so much to Ryan, Khang and Brian for helping us during our stay. 😊💕👍
