The staff made a strong impression on me. They seemed to truly enjoy their work and were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. I expected a simple breakfast of bread, an omelet, tea, and coffee, but there were lots of tasty choices and it was much better than I'd pictured. A great start before exploring Saigon. The hotel sits on an alley you can reach by car, which keeps things quiet while still being convenient. Restaurants, barbershops, and massage places are all a short walk away. Almost everything was perfect. At 45 USD, it's hard to find a better stay for this level of comfort and enjoyment. Highly recommended! Love All 💗

The staff made this stay especially welcoming. From reception to the restaurant, everyone was friendly and professional, answered questions quickly, and greeted me with a smile. The hotel is close to the city center but sits in a quiet, convenient spot, and the rate felt fair for what I got. My room was bright, clean, and tidied carefully each day. The bed was comfortable, the pillows smelled fresh, and the spacious bathroom had everything I needed. It all met, and even went beyond, what I expected from a 3-star hotel. Breakfast had a nice mix of Asian and Western options. Food was topped up regularly, hot dishes stayed warm, and the fresh fruit was delicious. I also liked the flavorful coffee and attentive restaurant team. I was very satisfied with my 3-night stay, and would gladly return on my next trip and recommend the hotel to friends and family. 🌟

Breakfast was included, which helped make the price competitive, and I had a lovely stay. The staff were incredible throughout. They helped extend my stay, handled laundry, and even moved my bags for me. I’m really grateful, and I highly recommend this hotel!

I keep choosing this hotel when I’m flying out of VN and when I come back. It’s only 1.2 km from the Airport, and these days I end up staying several days instead of just one night. The hotel is on a cute, shady side street just off the main road, with a lovely atmosphere. It feels friendly and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the bed is excellent, and breakfast is good. The staff are lovely and always smiling too.

The Wi-Fi was almost unusable, and the hallways felt dark and gloomy. There’s only one elevator, and it keeps breaking down. It can stop without warning several times a day, and its doors can slam shut with a lot of force. That felt genuinely frightening and dangerous. The hotel isn’t soundproof, and the rates are far from cheap for this level of quality. The staff sincerely apologize and even carry guests’ luggage up as many as 7 floors. That’s unfair to them, since the elevator problem is clearly an issue with the facility.
