Thao Trang Laluxe Hotel Phu My Hung

I had a very good business trip stay at Thao Trang Laluxe Hotel in SaiGon. Its location in the heart of Phu My Hung made it easy to get to all the places I needed to visit, and the room was spotless and comfortable after long meeting days. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help with questions or requests. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. I’d gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure.

The rooms felt worn and didn't look like the photos in other posts. For about $42 USD, I got one night in a place with a tiny reception area, hot hallways, and rooms that smelled moldy and dirty. The furniture and walls were tired-looking, and the rooms felt sterile. It wasn't worth the price.

The bathroom tiles and vibe were my favorite part. My room also felt homey, with a big window looking out over saigon, and the decor was cozy. There’s a cute pho store inside. The staff were young and attentive, and the atmosphere was quiet, good for relaxing wherever you’ve traveled from. Nothing but good vibes at Thao Trang Hotel.

I used to think this was a good place for customers because I’d stayed here many times, but the quality has gone downhill lately. The floor in my room was uneven and even sticking up. The air conditioner didn’t cool enough, and when I opened it, the filter was full of dust. The toilet seat was broken and fixed with wire instead of being replaced. Owners and workers should check that basic equipment is in working order and keep it clean.
