The Passion Lux Airport Hotel Apartment

I booked and paid two months ago for a room listed at a very competitive rate. When I arrived at the airport, the hotel cancelled the booking through Agoda, saying the price was incorrect. That left me stranded. They should have honoured the deal they offered, or at least told me earlier instead of cancelling at the last moment. Completely unprofessional, and I can’t recommend them.

The room was dirty and didn’t look like the pictures on the app. I hung the sign asking for cleaning, but they flipped it to “do not disrupt” and still didn’t clean. The fridge didn’t work, and the air conditioner was loud. I asked them to check it, but nobody did anything.

I felt cheated. They charged double the price on arrival, then wanted a ridiculous extra amount for early check-in even though I’d already paid twice the price. The listing also said there was a free airport shuttle, but when we arrived they denied it and said there was no transfer. I hadn’t even checked in and it was already horrible. It was even more disgusting than I expected, so we left. Be warned.

Extremely old and dirty hotel. That’s all I have to say. They ought to pay for proper cleaners. Don’t book, it’s overpriced and you can find somewhere better.
