I couldn't sleep here. The windows barely block sound from the bar across the street, and at night you can hear loud singing as soon as you open the door. People outside the bar are noisy too. Inside the hotel, late-arriving guests turn their music up so loud that sleeping is impossible, and cleaning staff even clean in the middle of the night. I complained to hotel staff, but nothing changed.

The setting, decor, and service were all just so-so. Laundry was a little pricey: machine-washing one shirt, a pair of shorts, and one bath towel cost 100,000 Vietnamese Dong. It wasn't dry cleaning, and there was no disinfection.

For my first trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I picked this because it was a newly built hotel. It was spacious, pleasant, and clean. I plan to stay here again.

I was in town for a week-long business trip to SECC and got to stay at Royal Sky. The rooms were quiet and secure, and the staff were very nice. I'll definitely come back next month.

The staff were cheerful, lovely, and enthusiastic. The new room was beautiful and spacious, with a large bed.
