Thu Ha Hotel

I asked about vacancies on three separate visits, at different times from morning through night, and each time the answer was that there were no rooms. The female staff were rude and disrespectful when customers asked.

The staff were pleasant to chat with and polite. The hotel was clean too, with fresh-smelling beds and tidy bathrooms.

The toilet was filthy, there was hair all over the floor, and the bed was dusty. I arrived in Saigon at midnight last month and stayed just one night, but wanted to leave as soon as I saw the room. I’ve tried nearly ten Saigon hotels, cheap and expensive, and never found one this dirty. I won’t come back, and I’d tell others to think twice before staying.

The room felt more comfortable and cleaner than before when I came back after the Western New Year holiday. It had been renovated.
