The rooms are pretty cheap. For $60, you get two queen beds, and they're fairly clean. This newly built hotel is in a location that isn't very touristy. It only takes cash, either Vietnamese or U.S. dollars. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with requests. When we asked where we could get clothes washed, they offered to take them for us, and I don't think they added a service charge. A couple of small quirks: the card key controls electricity for the whole room, so the refrigerator also turns off. The restroom is okay and gets the job done. There's a 24-hour quick stop about 300 feet to the right.

They advertise check-in from 12:00 to 23:00, then charge you double for arriving at 7 p.m. Shameless business. Scammers, beware!

We stayed for two nights, but they even forgot to clean the room the next day. The staff were running around barefoot and seemed completely unprofessional. There's no breakfast room, and the owner isn't nice. It's new, but the service is bad and not worth what we paid. Bad, bad, bad. One star.
