Triostay Eco Green Apartment - Premium Residence

We reported a fraudulent booking made through our account and card as soon as we spotted it. We explained that someone had hacked our details, but they wouldn’t acknowledge the concern or cancel the booking or its cost. They even said “we” had asked to extend the stay and asked if we wanted to do so. Poor customer service and very little understanding of the fraud we had reported.

I stayed for a business trip and found the apartment clean and well maintained, with an excellent location. It was very good value for the money, and I’d recommend it for work or leisure.

There are local markets nearby where you can get inexpensive fresh food, and convenience stores and a pharmacy downstairs. Shopping malls are farther away, though. It’s a nicely built, modern-style apartment complex near large highways, with lots for families, including a swimming pool, kids’ play areas, and playground sets.

The room itself is very good and works well for a family. The manager’s side, though, is terrible. They don’t seem to care about the rental side and prioritize the owner. I know that may be their direction, but I wish they’d pay a bit more attention to renters’ lifestyle and concerns.
