The room was spacious and clean, and fair for the price. There are plenty of places to eat and cafes within walking distance. Everyone at the hotel, from reception to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. One night the owner even went out of his way to take me on his motorbike to get supper. Breakfast was tasty and filling too. I'll come back next time I'm in HCMC.
This family-run hotel has a personal feel, and I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. The aunts in the family lovingly prepared a fantastic breakfast, and almost everyone spoke English, especially the front desk staff, which I really appreciated in Vietnam. My room was especially spacious for the price range, and the shower was excellent. The staff made my four nights in Ho Chi Minh City so enjoyable that I wish I could have stayed longer. I had a comfortable, pleasant time in Saigon. Big thanks to everyone there.
Large, clean rooms and a great spot for D1. The room was what I expected for the price, and the included breakfast was decent. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help.
Our fifth-floor room was quiet, and the location was fantastic. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable sheets, an effective air conditioner, and a great breakfast were all included in the price. A few small things let it down: the bedside lights and toothpaste dispenser didn't work, there was no room safe, and the water pressure could have been stronger. At least there was plenty of hot water.
The continental breakfast was a highlight. Along with the usual fruit, coffee, and tea, there was a menu, and the hu tieu we ordered was fresh and delicious. We got a free upgrade to a double queen room for our one-night stay, with lots of space and great Wi-Fi. The location is great too, and the service was kind.
