I booked a room here, but they wouldn't let me have it. Left feeling worse.

My main concern is what happens to guests' belongings. People had paid in advance, but when some came back late, their luggage had been left out in the hallway with the bags open. Who takes responsibility if something goes missing? A terrible way to treat guests.

For 250k a night, I expected better. There wasn't a clothes hanger in the bathroom or any towels when I arrived, and the toilet barely flushed. I checked in at 3am and waited until 4:23am for the receptionist to bring towels, even though the hotel wasn't busy. The service was slower than places charging 100k-150k. Anyone thinking of staying here should reconsider.

The room was nothing special for the price. They were just taking calls to the girls. Go there, relieve yourself, and leave. That's only my opinion, and anyone who goes will understand. I hope this doesn't offend anyone. Tell me, don't tell anyone else. Thank you, and I apologize and forgive them.
