The stay was okay, but the room fell short of what I expected from this building. The unit in Landmark 5 felt older than the other towers, and its condition was only average. There were just 2 towels and 2 bottles of water. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the sheets and pillows didn't feel especially clean or fresh. Disappointing overall.

Nearby convenience stores, coffee shops and a mall made the area handy, and some parts of the place were nice. We were 7 people staying for 4 days. The living room's old Sony TV still worked, and the Samsung smart TV was great, as Samsung TVs in hotels or apartments always work well for me. There were ants on the coffee and dining tables, and some spots were dirty. The pool, gym and lounge were there, but guests couldn't use them because access was for residents only. It was an okay place to stay in Saigon.

The best thing about Landmark 5a-703 is the location. You step straight into the busy area across from Landmark 81. We spent 6 days here during New Year 2026, as part of a trip that also included 6 days at Leman Luxury Apartments and 6 days in Ho Tram. This was the worst of the three, mainly because the host seemed less considerate and caring, and the service was the worst too. I wouldn't stay again for the price, and will look for a better host and place next time. There are better options. Our family of 5 had plenty of room in this 3 bedroom unit, but the host didn't provide a fold out sofa or couch. The kitchen was usable but barebones. There were no towels for drying dishes, so we bought our own, along with an extra blanket that wasn't offered or available when we asked. The living room has only one couch for seating, and it was very uncomfortable. The decor is outdated. The balcony light stayed on all night, and we couldn't find its switch, which spoiled the view. The washer dryer room door wouldn't close all the way, letting hot air into the air conditioned room. The main bedroom shower had poor pressure, though the second shower had good pressure. Wifi was good. Service was extremely slow. The contact responded, but didn't stay on site, so getting help felt like calling a call center when we needed someone there. The toilets didn't work for one day, between 9am and 7pm, and we weren't notified. There's a lot of potential for a premium stay, but the host needs to listen to feedback and be more generous with the accommodations. Good hosting shows care, and this host seemed not to care, or at least not to know how to host well.

AirBNB Host Thuy Tien was accommodating and reliable. I spent 3 weeks on the 10th floor in a nice apartment. There was plenty to do nearby, from good food and shopping to ice skating, supermarkets and a movie theater. Highly recommend!
