We found this place after a really bad night at a nearby hotel, and the location worked perfectly for us. It's a simple hotel, but the rooms were clean and the beds comfy. There's air conditioning, though no elevator. Breakfast was included and lovely, with beautiful pho soup, eggs, and crepes. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Happy New Year 2026 ❤️ The location and service were good, and they kindly stored our luggage for free until our next booking night transport. The stairs are high and there are lots of steps, so it isn't suitable for someone with limited mobility.

Five floors and no elevator, and the old air conditioner only blows gently without cooling very well. Still, for this price you can't really complain. The buffet breakfast is free, which is a plus.

We had to haul our bags up to the fourth floor since there's no elevator, and charging devices was awkward with only two sockets, one tucked away in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. The sink also drained slowly, which was inconvenient. The location is handy for popular spots, and breakfast was okay. It's a reasonable budget option for the price.

Tucked away down an alley, this is a quaint little place with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and good food. The dining area is great for watching the passing parade, and everyone was very friendly.
