Breakfast had lots of choices and was wonderful. The room was spacious, and the bath was clean and nice, though there was no bath in the room we stayed in. The hotel was clean and hygienic overall. I stayed for a day with my wife after Sailani Tours, Kolkata booked it for us (15/01/2026). It was a great stay.

A security guard spoke to my personal driver in a rude, condescending way. It was plainly disrespectful, not a misunderstanding, and completely unprofessional. The incident left a lasting bad impression and made me question the hotel's service standards and management oversight. When someone acts so confidently rude, it suggests that this behavior may be tolerated as part of the hotel's culture. That's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this standard.

Breakfast was good and had a pretty wide range of food. We went with our school in May 2024, and for the lower price, the stay was not bad overall. There were lots of rooms, and ours was quite spacious with a not-too-bad view. The toilet was okay, but its layout was odd: a window looked from the bed area into the shower, and the blinds didn't work properly. There was no shower door either, so water ran into the main toilet area. I'd definitely go again if I got the chance.
